Last year Sandymoor Parish Council awarded a grant of £1000 to Mersey Weaver District Scouts to help local scouts take part in a trip to Kanderstag, Switzerland. We would like to share the letter of thanks the parish council have received from the Scouts for helping support these young people to enable them to take part in this experience.
The parish council also like to share the card of thanks from Mid Mersey Age UK for the £250 grant from the council to help support their project to hold classes for our older residents on accessing and using technology.
