Best Kept Garden Competition
Sandymoor Parish Council along with our amazing volunteers planters group (renamed Sandymoor in Bloom) are launching the parish's first 'Best Kept Garden' competition.
You can enter either your front or back garden.
The gardens will be judged on the following:
Best Front Garden - 'Street-facing beauty'
- Colour themes & neatness
- Overall planting abundance
- Wildlife friendly
Best Back Garden - 'Hidden Gem'
- Overall design
- Creative use of space
- Colour themes
- Wildlife friendly
Judging will take place around the last week in July to the first week in August (weather dependent).
The top 3 front and back gardens will be given a Gold, Silver or Bronze rosette accordingly with photos published on our website and facebook page.
