One of the long running projects of the Parish Council is the Public Open Space project which the council have been working hard at expanding by negotiating with the various developers within Sandymoor.
The parish council are pleased to announce that the public open space previously managed by Bloor Homes has now been transferred to Sandymoor Parish Council.
We are currently inviting tenders for a contractor to undertake the maintenance of the land and hope to appoint someone in the middle of August, ready to start work in September.
As a local authority, accountable to the residents, we intend to offer a high quality service.
