Invitation to Tender for Public Open Space Maintenance

Sandymoor Parish Council are inviting tenders for the public open spaces maintenance as detailed in the attached ITT.

Responses should be sent via email to tenders@sandymoorparishcouncil.gov.uk and in writing/hard copy to: 17 Robert Street, Northwich, Cheshire, CW8 1DN in a plain envelope marked ‘Tender’ by no later than 5p.m. on Wednesday 12th August 2026.

Please note that the dates in the ITT are provisional as we have yet to finally complete the transfer of ownership. We can confirm that the contract awarded will initially be for two years with a possibility of an extension for a further year.
